Lil and Bill are my long time artisans of the wall and floor industry for The Sims 2

Because I am generous and sharing I want to present my collection of walls and floors for download.

There are 71 separate packages. Mainly consisting of tiling although there are some very useful painted walls and a couple of wooden floors. The whole lot is available in a single 2.65 megabyte zip file to download. The packages within the zip-archive need no installer, just unzip the archive into your folder:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\

If you have any of the expansion packs you can unzip the archive into its sub-folder within your Downloads folder. For example:

In case you're wondering ... there are no individual preview pictures of the floors and walls. This is because I am too lazy and also because pictures eat up bandwidth. The composite picture, above shows what sort of stuff you will get. The floors and walls are not fugly like Maxis ones. They are coordinated with each other so that you can make presentable kitchens and bathrooms for your sims to use. I am confident that you will not find any of them objectionable or entirely useless. Every one was made with care for me to use as inexpensive (but not dirt cheap) floor and wall options to be used in newly built homes. Most of them have base-boards (skirting boards or kick-strips according to your dialect) and a good many have dado rails. Half tiled kitchen walls are finished so that the tiling forms a splash back above counter tops. Some of the tiling has been painstakingly coloured so that it appears the tiles are handmade and thus not of uniform colour.

 This a mesh ... well three meshes. The items have unique GUIDs, proper catalog descriptions and prices that match the description. For this, a picture ... cos  only a bozo would download a mesh without seeing it.

Eh? Oh my address! The Awesome Mr. J. M. Pescado solved this dilemna for me when he astutely observed that I am Mirelly from the Internet. Yeah, that'll do. 

Simple enough. Mint tiles for walls in the golden ratio of 1:1.618 (ish), complemented with a nice stripey wallpaper in various useful permutations. Plus a matching ceramic tiled floor using large tiles because small ones are so last week.
