Frankly I was not happy about having to carpet dead space in roofs just to have a celing show up, so I made some floors which are designed to look a bit like plasterboard beneath ceiling joists. I also made a second one with a filling of glass-wool insulation.
Four apartments in a "row house" terrace. Costing $2,800 rental per week. Each apt. has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite & one downstairs). I was inspired by this design at MTS2. I liked the concept a lot, but felt that the downstairs accommodation was just a little too cramped. The lot size is 5x3. When viewing the pictures bear in mind that I have lighting mod installed which makes windowless rooms look very dark. Those rooms will not look like that in your game unless you also have a similar lighting mod installed. The pictures were taken in build mode so I was not able to turn on the room lights. There are light-fittings in all rooms, including closets.
Hack free. Contains one custom brick wall (creator unknown) plus my marvellous magnolia wall, and my custom attic floor. Use Clean Installer to remove them if you don't want or don't need them.
